Cheryl Coors has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including fifteen years in healthcare recruiting. She began her career in healthcare in nursing and progressively transitioned through several different avenues within the industry. Her background has given Cheryl a unique perspective in understanding the challenges facing the healthcare industry. Cheryl’s diversified background in nursing, practice management, Biotech sales management, and executive search lend to her expertise. Today, she has established herself as one of the top Search Consultants in the recruiting industry.

Michael started with Coors as a Researcher/ Associate Recruiter and quickly grew into leading the organizations’ Physician Search division. As Coors Healthcare Solutions has expanded its services to meet the needs of its clients, Michael has taken on the role of President, Executive Search Solutions – leading the company’s efforts in executive and physician search. Michael has successfully recruited executives and physicians nationwide. He has used his background in customer service, business operations and knowledge of national healthcare market trends in recruitment, practice management and physician services to solidify his track-record in recruiting for healthcare systems, facilities and physician practices ranging in size from small rural to large medical centers. Michael has developed an extensive network of contacts nationwide including physicians and senior level executives.
Jerome F. Levine – Senior Physician Executive Advisor
Jerome F. Levine, MD has over 28 years of healthcare leadership experience, and previously held leadership positions as EVP/Clinical Integration and Chief Medical Officer for CaroMont Health in NC and Senior Medical Director, Chief of the Infectious Disease Division, and Physician Liaison of Quality and Safety at Hackensack University Medical Center in NJ.
Dr. Levine obtained his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, New York, New York and MBA from Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University, West Orange, New Jersey. He was honored as one of the “Top Docs” in New York Magazine in Infectious Diseases for 1999 through 2010 and “Best Doctors in America” in 2011.
Steven L. Henderson, MBA – Senior Operations Advisor
Steve Henderson is an accomplished healthcare executive with exceptional turnaround experience through operational and financial perspectives. Mr. Henderson’s ability to positively impact the bottom line, while still holding true to the organization’s values and mission, provides Coors Healthcare Solutions the ability to assist any healthcare organization. He has held senior leadership positions in Large for profit, non- profit and faith- based health systems across the country. During his 20+ year career he has held the titles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Henderson also brings a wealth of experience in service line creation and improvement as well as significant experience in all aspects of healthcare administration including physician recruitment, retention and financial turnaround.

Michael E. Frisina, Ph.D – Affiliate Partner
Michael E. Frisina is founder and president of The Frisina Group, LLC., responsible for teaching, publishing, and speaking on the current trends in organizational performance. He received his B.S. from St. Bonaventure University, M.A. from Indiana University, and Ph.D from Auberdeen University, going on to attend Girton College, Cambridge University in England for post-graduate.
Dr. Frisna’s professional history includes The United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, The Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and School of Medicine, Bethesda, Maryland, The Academy of Health Sciences, San Antonio, Texas, Executive Office of Tripler Army Medical Center, Providence Heart Hospital and Vascular Institute, and Tuomey Health Care System.

He is a contributing author to The Borden Institute’s highly acclaimed textbook series on military medicine. His book, “Influential Leadership – Change Your Behavior, Change Your Organization, Change Health Care,” published by Health Forum, the American Hospital Association Press in May 2011.
John W. McDaniel, MHA – Strategic Partner
John W. McDaniel is President and Chief Executive Officer of Peak Performance Physicians, LLC now working in partnership with Coors Healthcare Solutions to create a comprehensive suite of physician solutions. From its New Orleans, Louisiana base, the firm has exhibited impressive growth as evidenced by its nationwide clientele and a strong reputation in the physician practice management industry.
In addition to overseeing the development and growth of Peak Performance Physicians, LLC since 1989, Mr. McDaniel also has fifteen years experience in hospital administration in having served as President and Chief Executive Officer of healthcare systems in North Carolina, Alabama and Louisiana. He earned a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from George Washington University and was selected as their 1985 Alumni of The Year In Health Services Administration. Mr. McDaniel has been published in The Wall Street Journal, The Harvard Business Review and has made numerous presentations to industry and professional associations.
Dennis Stambaugh MHA, FACHE – Healthcare Senior Consultant
With over 30 years in academic and community multihospital systems, Dennis brings extensive knowledge on the use of quality frameworks to assess organizational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. His experience with engaging senior leaders has proven to be critical for achieving and sustaining performance excellence. As a Baldrige Examiner, his review of state and national healthcare applicants brings the sharing of best practices learned from leading high performing organizations.
Recognized as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Dennis has served in multiple senior executive leadership roles. At University of Missouri Health Care, Columbia, Missouri (2000-2012), Dennis served as Chief Quality Officer, Chief Network Officer, Corporate Director for Post Acute Care, and Hospital Chief Executive Officer at Missouri Rehabilitation Center, Mt. Vernon, Missouri. In his role as Chief Quality Officer, Dennis led the University of Missouri Health Care performance improvement efforts using the Baldrige Criteria, integrating a 5 specialty hospital, 47 clinic academic regional healthcare system. His organization was recognized in 2011 with the Missouri Quality Award. Dennis also led the health system efforts for establishing a Patient/Family Centered Care culture helping to improve the patient experience and HCAHPS scores, implementing a health system Performance Management System balanced scorecard accountability tool and an Enterprise Data Warehouse and knowledge management system for sharing best practices and “lessons learned”.
From 2011-2014, Dennis has served on the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige Award, as well as on the 2013 Panel of Judges for the Southwest Alliance for Excellence (SWAE), the Baldrige based Program now serving Arizona, Utah and Nevada. In 2012, Dennis served on the Panel of Judges for the Missouri Quality Award (MQA) and has been a member of the MQA Board of Overseers from 2006-2011. Dennis earned a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Texas Women’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in University Studies (Liberal Arts) from the University of New Mexico.
