Cheryl Coors has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including fifteen years in healthcare recruiting. She began her career in healthcare in nursing and progressively transitioned through several different avenues within the industry. Michael started with COORS as a Researcher/ Associate Recruiter and quickly grew into leading the organizations’ Physician Search division. As COORS Healthcare Solutions has expanded its services to meet the needs of its clients, Michael has taken on the role of President, Executive Search Solutions – leading the company’s efforts in executive and physician search. Michael has successfully recruited executives and physicians nationwide. He has used his background in customer service, business operations and knowledge of national healthcare market trends in recruitment, practice management and physician services to solidify his track-record in recruiting for healthcare systems, facilities and physician practices ranging in size from small rural to large medical centers. Jerome F. Levine – Senior Physician Executive Advisor
Jerome F. Levine, MD has over 28 years of healthcare leadership experience, and previously held leadership positions as EVP/Clinical Integration and Chief Medical Officer for CaroMont Health in NC and Senior Medical Director, Chief of the Infectious Disease Division, and Physician Liaison of Quality and Safety at Hackensack University Medical Center in NJ.
Dr. Levine obtained his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, New York, New York and MBA from Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University, West Orange, New Jersey. He was honored as one of the “Top Docs” in New York Magazine in Infectious Diseases for 1999 through 2010 and “Best Doctors in America” in 2011.
Greg Kealey – Executive Director of Marketing & Communications
After some 15 years of successful physician recruitment, business development, marketing and communication, Greg Kealey brings his “Look through the eyes of the caregiver” approach to Coors Executive Resources.
Master’s prepared in health care administration, Greg had driven numerous successful marketing campaigns, public relations campaigns and holds numerous other accomplishments throughout his tenure. He earned numerous writing awards for advertorials and healthcare feature writing.
Prior to his healthcare background, Greg spent the early years of his career as an anchor/health care reporter, with stops in Wyoming, Texas and Nebraska.
He received broadcast awards from the Associated Press for having a top-rated 5 p.m. broadcast, which he also co-produced at KHGI Television. He won a spot news reporting award for tornado coverage while at KBMT, Beaumont, Texas.
Steven L. Henderson, MBA – Senior Operations Consultant

Michael E. Frisina, Ph.D - Senior Transformation Consultant

John W. McDaniel, MHA - Senior Physician Strategy Consultant
John W. McDaniel is President and Chief Executive Officer of Peak Performance Physicians, LLC now working in partnership with COORS Healthcare Solutions to create a comprehensive suite of physician solutions. From its New Orleans, Louisiana base, the firm has exhibited impressive growth as evidenced by its nationwide clientele and a strong reputation in the physician practice management industry.
In addition to overseeing the development and growth of Peak Performance Physicians, LLC since 1989, Mr. McDaniel also has fifteen years experience in hospital administration in having served as President and Chief Executive Officer of healthcare systems in North Carolina, Alabama and Louisiana. He earned a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from George Washington University and was selected as their 1985 Alumni of The Year In Health Services Administration.
